Account and Data Deletion

Email info@shadstone.com from the address associated with your GFAVIP Wallet account. Include your GFAVIP username and request deletion of your GFAVIP Club account.

What happens next

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify the Club account and member-scoped records under our control. Access tokens and active sessions will be revoked.

Limited retention

Authorized recordings, moderation records, security logs, backups, and records required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes may remain for a limited period. Where appropriate, your identity will be removed or minimized. Deleting Club data does not delete your GFAVIP Wallet account or accounts in other GFAVIP services.
